Girl Experience Coordinator

Join our team as a Girl Experience Program Coordinator! You’ll plan and lead engaging year-round programs for girls, including summer camps, STEM/STEAM activities, leadership events, and outdoor adventures. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, who can connect with girls and families from diverse backgrounds.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop and deliver creative programs and activities for girls of all ages
• Lead summer camp and outdoor adventure programming
• Collaborate with partners and volunteers to enhance program offerings
• Ensure safe, inclusive, and positive environments at all events
• Communicate regularly with families, staff, and community partners
• Track participation and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in youth program development or education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tech tools
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation required
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (Wilderness First Aid preferred) (can be provided upon hire)
• Maintain Girl Scouts membership upon hire
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills; manage multiple deadlines
