General Warehouse Manager (3PL)

Logistio is hiring a General Manager to lead our US warehouse operations.

This role is for someone who can take full ownership of the warehouse: people, processes, performance, accuracy, speed, and accountability.

You will be responsible for making sure inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, outbound, and daily operations run at a high level without excuses.

What you’ll own

• Full day-to-day management of the US warehouse
• Inbound receiving, putaway, inventory control, pick/pack/ship operations
• Team hiring, training, supervision, and performance management
• SOP creation, process improvement, and operational discipline
• Shipment accuracy, order speed, warehouse organization, and cost control
• KPI tracking across fulfillment, inventory, labor, and service levels
• Coordination with leadership, suppliers, carriers, and cross-functional teams
• Solving issues before they become problems

What we need

• Strong warehouse or fulfillment leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and enforce standards
• Deep understanding of inventory accuracy and operational workflows
• High ownership mentality
• Organized, direct, fast, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable in a high-growth environment where systems are still being built
• Experience scaling operations is a major plus

Ideal profile

You’ve actually run warehouse operations before, and you know what good looks like. You’re organized, practical, and the kind of person who notices when something is off before it turns into a bigger problem. You know how to manage people, keep things moving, and bring structure without overcomplicating everything. You’re comfortable being hands-on when needed, but you also know how to build better systems so the warehouse runs well as it grows. Most importantly, you take ownership, solve problems fast, and care about doing things properly.
