General Production Worker

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Production Worker to join our warehouse team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with stocking, door hanging, and supporting delivery routes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Stock and organize materials in the warehouse, including trim and doors
• Hang doors using hand and power tools, a manual router, and tape measures
• Perform occasional heavy lifting of materials weighing up to 75 lbs
• Assist full-time employees on delivery routes as a passenger/helper
• Remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per day while maintaining efficiency and safety
• Work independently or alongside a small team to meet daily production goals
• Foster a positive, cooperative team environment

• Minimum of 6 months’ experience using hand and/or power tools
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak clearly and loudly when needed
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety and quality standards

• Must bring steel-toed boots, a hammer, and a tape measure on the first day
• Experience with wood cutting, nail guns, wood stacking, and basic documentation
• Valid driving experience and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Oakdale, MN.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr.
