This role focuses on preparing raw materials, monitoring automated equipment, performing basic machine adjustments and quality checks, and safely moving materials and finished products throughout the facility. Responsibilities
Employees join a clean, growing manufacturing operation that offers clear pathways for career and financial growth. The facility is expanding with new lines and technologies, creating opportunities to learn, cross-train, and advance into leadership roles. Some areas can be loud and hot depending on the department, and employees must be comfortable working around running machinery and vertical ovens. The site is in a growth phase, with plans to expand the building, add warehouse space, and install new production lines, offering exposure to new technology. Work is performed on 12-hour shifts following a 2/2/3 schedule, with a first shift from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and a third shift from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Team members regularly use overhead cranes, forklifts, and hand tools, and spend most of their time on their feet performing material handling, monitoring equipment, and conducting quality checks in a fast-paced production setting.
