Key responsibilities:

• Build the business: Drive guest loyalty and long-term growth through exceptional experiences
• Lead operations: Oversee food quality, service, training, safety, and facility standards
• Manage profitability: Control labor, beverage costs, and overall financial performance
• Develop your team: Hire, train, coach, and inspire staff at every level
• Be present on the floor: Engage with guests, resolve issues, and turn challenges into wins
• Drive culture: Foster a positive, accountable, and team-first environment
• Collaborate: Partner with leadership and ops teams
• Support marketing & community engagement

Requirements

Who You Are

You’re a hands-on leader who understands that great teams create great guest experiences. You balance accountability with empathy and know how to bring out the best in people.

You bring:

• 5 plus years of restaurant general manager experience
• Strong FOH and bar/beverage knowledge
• Proven leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Experience with cost controls (labor, beverage, etc.)
• Excellent communication and team-building skills
• A passion for coaching, development, and performance management
• Confidence in handling conflict and driving results
• Flexible, full-time availability
