Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of General Manager, located in the NW burbs of Chicago. The General Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer experiences, achieving financial goals, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, handling vendor relationships, staff training, scheduling, and addressing operational challenges as they arise to deliver team and organizational success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management, employee development, and performance feedback
• Strong operational and organizational abilities, including inventory management, scheduling, and process optimization for efficiency
• Customer service and communication skills to maintain positive guest experiences and resolve any conflicts effectively
• Basic financial acumen, budgeting, and the ability to analyze sales reports to meet revenue and expenditure goals
• Experience in a fast-casual, quick-service, or restaurant environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and related technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a problem-solving mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
