General Manager, Mechanical Construction – Arizona Operations

A premier mechanical construction firm is seeking a dynamic and accomplished General Manager to lead and expand our operations across the state of Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Provide full P&L leadership for Arizona operations, ensuring sustained growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and scale a diverse workforce, including project executives, project managers, field leaders, and support staff
- Oversee execution of large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical construction projects
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand market presence and client relationships across Arizona
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and high performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, and industry partners
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, preconstruction, and field operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in mechanical construction, with a strong emphasis on HVAC and plumbing systems
- Demonstrated success managing a large P&L (multi-million to billion-dollar scale)
- Extensive experience leading hyperscale / mission-critical projects, particularly data centers
- Proven ability to manage and grow large, diverse teams across multiple disciplines
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Track record of building high-performing organizations and delivering complex projects on time and on budget
