Role Description

HAVN is seeking a General Manager to lead HAVN SLX, our first location in downtown Salt Lake City. You’ll own day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and shape a community that reflects HAVN’s values.


You’ll design and execute the systems, programs, and partnerships that make the space thrive, owning everything from sales and outreach to events and member experience. This role is ideal for a proven operator who’s passionate about creating environments that inspire collaboration, creativity, and growth. 


As General Manager, you’ll set the tone for hospitality and culture, lead the growth strategy, and ensure every detail reflects HAVN’s vision. You’ll work directly with HAVN’s CEO & Director of Operations to bring the brand vision to life, build and mentor the on-site team, and establish HAVN SLX as the blueprint for future HAVN locations.


Core Responsibilities


Coworking Growth & Revenue Management:

  • Build and execute HAVN SLX’s sales playbook to increase memberships, event rentals and additional revenue opportunities.
  • Own the entire customer lifecycle from lead generation and outreach to member onboarding and engagement. 
  • Monitor and optimize pricing, membership offerings, and promotions to drive occupancy and revenue targets. 
  • Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies for sustained growth.
  • Manage the P&L to ensure financial sustainability and revenue optimization.


Community & Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with members, vendors, and external partners to create an engaged and connected community.
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, stakeholders, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence and member benefits.


Event Management & Brand Building:

  • Work with our Experience team on planning and execution of creative, high-impact events, including networking opportunities, workshops, and community gatherings.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive brand awareness and promote offerings across digital and social platforms.


Hospitality & Experience Management:

  • Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by ensuring the space is welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
  • Oversee the daily operations, including facility management, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
  • Provide seamless onboarding and support to new members, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the community.
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and operational issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, operations, or community management, ideally within coworking, real estate, or wellness spaces.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with OfficeRND and/or other coworking tools is a huge plus.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and social media platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate community events and other key responsibilities.
