Key Responsibilities:

· Embrace Bombones’ Philosophy and Core Values

· Provide exceptional service to our guests

· Improve skills, knowledge and morale of staff

· Provide leadership and training to all team members

· Effective scheduling and training of staff

· Hold employees accountable for performance

· Implemente activities to increase sales and profits

· Maintain and control inventory

· Provide a clean, safe and controlled environment for customers as well as employees

· Accurate, timely completion of financial and payroll related administrative duties

· Control costs, including food, liquor and labor

· Promote marketing campaigns including social media and events

· Compliance with Bombones Policy Manuals

Key Requirements:

· At least 3 years Management experience

· Eligible to work in the US

· Strong communication skills

· Bilingual (fluent reading and speaking both Spanish and English)

· Ability to adapt and lead change

· Energetic and positive

· Strong team building qualities

· Practice responsible alcohol service

· Ability to provide/maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees

· Self-driven, detail oriented, able to work independently and prioritize deadlines

· Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner

· Ability to read budget, conduct financial analysis - provide practical narrative and financial reporting

· Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· TABC and Food Manager Certified

· Familiarity with Toast POS

Schedule:

· 10-hour shifts

· Day shift

· Night shift

· Holidays

· Monday to Friday

· Weekends
