As a General Production Worker in the Re-tread department, you will be part of a process that refurbishes old and damaged tires, giving them new life. This entry-level position offers significant room for growth as you gain hands-on experience with machines and processes central to retreading tires.

This is an excellent opportunity for advancement into management and sales roles, with career growth potential across stores nationwide. Enjoy overtime pay opportunities and an average workweek of 50+ hours without working on Sundays and only occasional Saturdays. Safety is a priority, with bonuses offered for both safety and production performance.
Work Environment
The work environment is a manufacturing/production setting utilizing hook systems for moving tires. While there is a rubber smell, the shop maintains cleanliness and is equipped with ovens for baking on new treads. Expect a warm environment during summer months. The role is on the first shift, from Monday to Friday, 4:00am to 3:00pm, with occasional Saturday work.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
