  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail on the same day it is received.
  • Resolve issues related to incorrect, undeliverable, or returned mail.
  • Pick up outgoing mail from designated mail stops and apply correct postage.

  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of the facility and log Corrigo work orders for building issues such as torn carpet, damaged ceiling tiles, and other items requiring attention.
  • Respond to Corrigo work orders related to Mail Services by opening tickets on the same day they are assigned, updating tickets with notes when appropriate, and closing tickets by the due date.
  • Notify the Facility Manager when additional time is needed to resolve a Corrigo ticket so that deadlines can be adjusted appropriately.
  • Track daily workflow by logging tasks and activities on a Volume Report.
  • Submit completed Volume Reports to the Lead on a weekly basis.
  • Provide courteous, professional, and "white-glove" customer service to employees and high-profile executives.
  • Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, and carrying mail, packages, and supplies.

  • Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide white-glove services.
  • Dependability and ability to complete tasks within specified deadlines, including ticket due dates and reporting timelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous mailroom experience is a plus but not required; training is available for candidates with strong customer service backgrounds.
  • Experience working in a corporate or professional office setting.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team of approximately five people.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of inbound and outbound packages.
  • Basic familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, printers, and postage meters.
  • Ability to use or learn facilities and ticketing systems such as Corrigo for logging and tracking work orders.
Why Work Here?

You will join a collaborative, service-oriented team that values reliability, professionalism, and a strong customer focus. The work offers steady weekday hours and the opportunity to build practical skills in mailroom operations and facilities support, with training available for motivated individuals. You will work closely with a supportive team, gain experience in a corporate environment, and contribute directly to a smooth, well-organized workplace for colleagues across the organization.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role in a corporate office environment, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. You will be part of a team of approximately five people, collectively handling roughly 100 inbound and outbound packages per hour. The role involves frequent movement around the office to mail stops, copy rooms, and break rooms, as well as regular lifting and carrying of mail, packages, and office supplies. You will work with standard office and mailroom equipment such as copiers, printers, postage meters, and shipping systems, and you will use a facilities ticketing platform (Corrigo) to log and respond to building and mail services work orders.
