General Laborer - Pay $20/hr To $28/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth!

Pay: $22–$30/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview

We’re hiring entry-level candidates to support plumbing and HVAC installation work. This is a hands-on role involving general construction tasks, lifting materials, and assisting experienced tradespeople. No extensive experience required—we provide training.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with plumbing and HVAC installation work
• Help install ductwork, fittings, fire collars, and related materials
• Load, unload, and stage materials on job sites
• Clean and prepare job sites and remove debris
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Support carpenters and HVAC technicians as needed
• Help in the fabrication shop (sheet metal work) when field work is slow

What We’re Looking For

• 0–5 years of construction or labor experience (entry-level welcome)
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic math skills (measuring, reading tape measures)
• Willingness to follow safety rules and instructions
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Big Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
