General Laborer

CONSTRUCTION LABORER – $18–$22/hr

Looking to get your foot in the door in construction? If you don’t mind working outdoors, using your hands, and staying busy, this is a great place to start. A well‑established underground utilities contractor is hiring Construction Laborers to support crews installing water, sewer, and utility lines. No long hiring process — get to work fast.

• Digging and grading using shovels and hand tools
• Laying rock aggregate for underground utilities
• Assisting equipment operators and pipefitters on site
• General labor tasks related to dirt work and utilities
• Keeping the jobsite clean and safe

• Entry‑level friendly — construction experience is a plus, not required
• Experience working outdoors or in tough conditions preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and ready to work

• Utility, dirt work, landscaping, or concrete experience
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills

• $18–$22/hr depending on experience
• Steady, year‑round work (even in winter)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Optional Saturday overtime
• Learn valuable construction skills from an experienced crew
• Great entry point into underground utility work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
