We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to inspect concrete pipes for surface defects and imperfections, perform patching and finishing work using hand tools, grinders, and patching materials, and assist with form setup, stripping, and cleaning. This role requires the ability to mix and apply concrete or patching compounds to repair damaged areas and operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and organized work area, be able to lift up to 50lbs, and feel comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments.
Responsibilities
This position offers significant pay growth opportunities, with the potential for quarterly bonuses of $600 and an additional full 40-hour paycheck once direct. There is a wealth of opportunity for leadership growth and advancement within the company.
Work Environment
The position involves working the night shift from 12am to 9am, with two openings available. The role is based in an outside warehouse, which is non-climate controlled, loud, and dirty. Employees will be working over 10 hours of overtime per week, with occasional mandatory Saturdays given with a three-day notice.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
