Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
The General Laborer works as part of a crew to support the production process by performing a wide range of physical tasks, including moving materials, loading and unloading items, and assisting with plant operations. This role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and supporting safe and efficient plant performance under the direction of lead operators and supervisors.

Work Environment
This position is based at a project site in California, with daily pick-up from a designated location in Henderson, NV. You will drive to the company’s pick-up location in Henderson and then travel with the crew in a team vehicle to the job site; contractors do not drive the team vehicle. Work is performed outdoors and can involve exposure to hot conditions in the summer and cold conditions in the winter. The standard schedule runs Monday through Thursday, with an early site pick-up time of approximately 4:00 a.m. The environment includes active plant operations and heavy equipment, requiring consistent use of safety practices and appropriate work attire suitable for outdoor industrial work and varying weather conditions.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
