Position Overview:
As a Gastroenterologist at Tryon Medical, you will provide high-quality patient care in a mix of outpatient and procedural settings. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of physicians, nurses, and support staff, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and technology. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gastroenterology care including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of GI conditions
- Perform endoscopic procedures in a modern endoscopy suite
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
- Participate in clinical research or educational initiatives as desired
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
