Pay and Bonuses
- $15.00 - $16.75 per hour
- $18.00 per hour premium pay (hours before 8am, hours after 5pm, all Saturday shifts)
- Guaranteed 35 paid hours per week for full-time drivers
- $500 sign-on bonus
- Monthly safety bonus up to $200
Schedule Expectations
- Availability Monday - Friday, 7am to 7pm
- Shifts vary based on client needs
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Occasional weekend shifts available (scheduled in advance)
The Role
- Transport clients to medical appointments, facilities, and community outings
- Provide respectful, high-quality assistance during entry, transport, and drop-off
- Communicate with dispatch and follow assigned schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicles

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
- Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
- Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
- Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
- Willingness to complete are required training and certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Compassionate and caring personality
