We are a fast-growing e-commerce brand specializing in automotive accessories, including BBS wheels, license plate frames, windshield wipers, halogen headlight bulbs, truck antennas, and more. We sell across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. This is a full-time, on-site position based in South El Monte, Los Angeles County.
With 100+ active product listings, we are scaling quickly and looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to elevate our product visuals, packaging, A+ content, and brand storytelling in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design high-converting product images, infographics, and A+ content.
• Create graphics for advertising campaigns, social media, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, advertising team, operations team, and external contractors to ensure visuals meet each platform’s guidelines and brand standards.
• Continuously test and optimize visuals to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
• Maintain brand consistency across all products, platforms, and marketing channels.
• Ensure all product visuals comply with each platform’s image requirements, accurately communicate product features, minimize customer confusion, and help reduce returns.
• Perform minor video editing, including trimming footage and adding text, captions, and overlays to videos provided by contractors.
• Perform photo editing, including color correction, background removal, and image optimization for product listings.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality visuals with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
• Automotive category experience or a personal passion for cars is highly preferred, as our products involve extensive vehicle fitment variations and serve a car-enthusiast customer base.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce or with Amazon sellers.
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design, packaging, lifestyle imagery, branding projects, and conversion-focused creative assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom. Experience with Figma, Adobe After Effects, and 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Autodesk Maya is a strong plus.
• Experience creating Amazon-focused visuals, including A+ content, product images, storefronts, and advertising creatives, is preferred.
• Keen attention to detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to adapt design styles based on product and brand needs.
• Familiarity with Amazon image, creative, and content compliance policies is preferred.
Bonus Skills
• Experience or interest in UX/UI design, website graphics, and collaborating with web agencies or developers.
• Experience with 3D rendering software such as KeyShot or Blender, as well as video editing and motion graphics.
• Experience using Adobe Firefly or Adobe’s Generative AI features within creative workflows.
• Additional experience in packaging design for e-commerce or retail products.
• Experience conducting product photography, including setup, lighting, shooting, and post-processing.

Compensation
• Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, skill set, and portfolio strength.
• Performance-based bonuses tied to design impact on conversion rates and sales growth.
