Early-stage startup building enterprise AI platforms for workforce planning, financial forecasting, and human + digital labor optimization is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to ship high-impact features end-to-end. You’ll work closely with product, design, and leadership—owning features from concept through deployment in a fast, high-ownership environment.


Responsibilities:

• Build across a React / Vite / shadcn frontend and Python / FastAPI / Postgres backend

• Own features from Figma → API design → UI → deploy → executive demo

• Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow

• Make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed (demo-ready) and scalability (production-hardened)


Must Have Experience:

• 3–7 years of production experience (startup or product-focused environment preferred)

• Proven ownership of 1–2 features delivered end-to-end (will need to walk through them)

• 3–7 years hands-on with React / TypeScript or Python, with willingness to ramp on the other

• 2+ years actively using AI coding tools (must demonstrate fluency in a live exercise)

• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration (shipping over perfection)

• Exposure to LLM systems, prompts, evals


Nice to have:

• Experience with shadcn, Radix, Tailwind, FastAPI, Alembic, Postgres, TanStack Query, Clerk, Supabase, Vercel, Railway
