What You’ll Do
Build and ship full stack product features across core internal and customer-facing systems
Design scalable backend infrastructure and workflows
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to solve real business problems
Own projects end-to-end, from architecture through deployment
Help shape engineering culture and technical direction as the team scales

Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems
Experience across full stack or backend engineering
