New role opens April 15!
Be part of the founding engineering team at a real-estate tech startup out of MIT that is going to disrupt the long-term rental market. We are modernizing the process of validating, browsing, visiting, and renting apartments - starting in Boston. This is a full-time, on-site, role at our office in downtown Danvers, MA. forREAL is looking for an experienced software engineer who brings fresh ideas from all areas, including distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design and mobile; the list goes on and is growing every day.
As part of the founding engineer team, you'll:
- Develop products from 0 -1 with high velocity features on mobile and web
- Ideating, design, and deliver feature from end to end
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in software engineering.
- Bachelors degree in CS.
- Strong Knowledge developing in SwiftUI iOS.
- Strong knowledge developing in React/ Next.js.
- Strong knowledge developing in Django.
- Strong Knowledge developing in SwiftUI iOS.
- Strong knowledge writing testable code, and testing using PyTest.
- Experience with Azure cloud service platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in our office in Danvers, MA.
