In this role, you will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from concept and design through production deployment—while helping to build scalable, high-impact systems. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack software solutions in an agile environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions
  • Write and maintain automated unit tests for all developed code
  • Apply modern development frameworks and tools to enhance system performance and scalability
  • Ensure solutions align with current architecture while accounting for future enhancements
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing software applications
  • 4+ years of experience with C# and .NET for backend development
  • 2+ years of experience with TypeScript and React for frontend development
  • Experience with Python for scripting and automation
  • Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and familiarity with NoSQL technologies
  • Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD tools
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar tools) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support debugging/refactoring
  • Experience solving complex technical problems in a collaborative, team-based environment
  • Experience gathering client requirements and improving workflows through automation
  • Master’s degree
