Fulfillment Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment by accurately picking, labeling, packing, and shipping medication orders.
• Collaborate with the inventory planner to monitor, manage, and reconcile medication and commodity inventory levels.
• Restock commodities and supplies used during pick, pack, and ship activities to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance standards aligned with predefined metrics and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity in fulfillment operations, and communicate recommendations to supervisors, team leads, and managers.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of all aspects of the fulfillment technician role and serve as a resource for other pharmacy technicians and fulfillment team leads.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by pharmacy leadership to support evolving business needs.

Requiredl Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician
• Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL.

The pay range for this position is $27.27 - $27.27/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in North Chicago,IL.
