Our growing Client in Sterling, VA is in need of a Fulfillment & Sales Expeditor to join their team! This ideal person serves as the vital bridge between our Sales and Warehouse operations. In this role, you will ensure seamless order flow by reviewing daily demand, managing inventory levels, and resolving any logistical hurdles that arise. You will work hand-in-hand with both teams to guarantee that every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently.
Location: Sterling, VA Compensation: $18.00-24.00/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00a-5:00p
Key Responsibilities
Operational Flow: Monitor daily orders against live inventory and delegate tasks to the fulfillment team.
Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact to troubleshoot order discrepancies between sales and the warehouse.
Customer Experience: Provide proactive support by managing order inquiries, tracking updates, and stock adjustments via phone and email.
Logistics Management: Coordinate daily DHL/FedEx pickups, manage local customer "will-call" services, and handle the end-to-end returns process.
Backlog & Quality Control: Track backordered items for future release and assist with the production of shipping and product labels as needed.
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication/customer service skills
Experience using forklifts and scissor lifts preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
2+ years of experience working in a warehouse setting
