Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator - Day Shift Summary

Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Compliance Facilitator
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Durham, NC. If you’re passionate about quality, compliance, and process improvement, this is your opportunity to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Durham, NC (Research Triangle Park)
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package | Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

What You'll Do
  • Perform audits and assessments to ensure compliance with company and ISO standards
  • Facilitate training and provide materials to support employee development
  • Review and maintain documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Support corrective and preventive action processes through analysis and follow-up
  • Manage compliance data, reports, and internal communications
  • Partner with leadership to promote process consistency and operational excellence
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, quality, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and data/reporting systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
