Position: Manager

Job Description

EY Comply FP&A Lead who will ensure compliance with EY policy, process and assist in driving profitability. It includes financial reporting, trend, and variance analysis to improve forecasting accuracy – tracking against key client / engagement metrics, supporting internal management reviews and profit initiatives.

The candidate will also be expected to work with Senior leaders, contract delivery leads to evaluate and analyze quarterly financial objectives.

In this role, the candidate will be expected to analyze and solve financials issues of varying complexity.

Responsibilities:

• Foster a collaborative environment between Finance, Delivery and Operations
• Provide strategic decision-making support / analysis to advise engagement teams / Operations
• Budgeting / Forecasting and Financial review of contracts / EY Comply Overall
• Design and implementation of tools and reports to assist in proactive financial management
• Variance reporting / explanation
• Inventory and Receivables monitoring
• Interacting with CSS team members to drive forecasts and engagement level profit expansion
• Contribute to improvement of tools and processes (largely Excel based)
• Work with reporting teams on Power BI reporting views and accuracy
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, annual finance statements for leadership
• Advise our pursuit teams on financial assumptions

Requirement:

• 7-11 years of experience in Finance role is must with exposure to Wealth and Asset Management will be an addon
• Master’s degree in accounting or finance mandatory ( MBA / CA / ACCA / CPA )
• A Strong understanding of financial industry
• Experience on financial statements is a plus.
• Crisp and effective executive communication skills, including significant experience presenting cross-functionally and across all levels.
• Should pay attention to detail, proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Excellent analytical skills and must display effective interaction capabilities with various stakeholders.
