Summary
We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. This role will focus on building and evolving a modern microfrontend ecosystem, including shared component libraries used by multiple product teams. The ideal candidate is a React and TypeScript expert with strong architectural experience, a passion for clean, maintainable code, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications and shared component libraries.
- Drive front-end architecture within a microfrontend ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Champion code quality, performance optimization, testing, and best practices.
- Leverage modern development tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and delivery.
Required Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript (strict typing, generics, utility types, type-safe APIs).
- Deep expertise with React 18+, including hooks, context, component composition, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience designing and supporting microfrontend architectures and shared UI libraries.
- Hands-on experience with React Query for state management, caching, and data fetching.
- Experience with Auth0 and token-based authentication.
- Strong knowledge of CSS Modules, SCSS, responsive design, and theming.
- Experience building and maintaining component libraries using Storybook 7+.
- Experience with Vite or similar modern build tools.
- Strong Git, code review, CI/CD, and semantic versioning practices.
- Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and MSW.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, error handling, and type-safe integrations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Material UI (v6) and advanced theming.
- Familiarity with semantic-release and automated release pipelines.
- Experience working with Figma, design systems, and design-to-code workflows.
- Exposure to the InsurTech domain.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
