We are seeking a Front Desk Night Auditor / Front Office Supervisor with strong leadership abilities, a passion for service, and the desire to grow a meaningful career in hospitality.

About the Role

Front Office Supervisors support the daily operations of the Front Desk, leading a team of guest service agents who represent the heart of the guest experience. This highly visible position oversees the registration and checkout process, ensures accurate financial balancing during night audit shifts, and provides warm, attentive service to travelers from around the world.

Supervisors also assist senior leadership with training, scheduling, coaching, interviewing, and other basic management responsibilities.

Weekend availability is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, support, and coach Front Desk and Night Audit team members
  • Oversee guest check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and hospitality
  • Maintain accurate nightly audit reports, financial balancing, and system reconciliation
  • Ensure team compliance with operational procedures and brand standards
  • Communicate hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new colleagues
  • Support payroll processes and daily administrative tasks
  • Maintain a welcoming lobby and front desk environment
