We are a growing, established, patient-centric wellness clinic seeking a warm, highly organized, and tech-savvy professional to be the welcoming face of our practice. This is not a typical front desk role.As our Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Experience + Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in both daily clinic operations and supporting our social media and marketing efforts.We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, familiar with current social media trends, and interested in modern tools such as content creation platforms and AI.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Experience & Front Desk OperationsGreet patients with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanorManage patient check-in/check-out and maintain smooth patient flow throughout the dayEnsure the front desk and waiting area remain clean, calm, and organizedServe as a point of communication between patients, providers, and clinical staffScheduling & CommunicationSchedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments with accuracy and attention to detailAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to text and digital messages promptly and professionallyMake follow-up calls to new patients, missed appointments, and post-visit check-insProactively manage daily and next-day appointment confirmations to reduce no-showsAdministrative & Documentation SupportPrepare and manage new patient and existing patient paperwork and foldersVerify patient demographics and ensure all required forms are completed and properly uploadedScan, upload, and organize documents within the electronic health record systemDocument patient communications and important notes accurately in the systemMaintain accurate patient records and support daily operational workflowsInsurance & PaymentsVerify insurance benefits for new patients and complete verification documentationCollect co-pays, payments, and process transactions accuratelyMaintain patient accounts, set alerts for payment issues, and communicate concerns appropriatelyAssist with daily reconciliation and tracking of collectionsClinic Coordination & Daily OperationsCoordinate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless daily operationsMonitor appointment statuses to prevent scheduling or workflow issuesAssist with end-of-day processes, reporting, and preparation for the following daySupport clinic systems and workflowsMarketing, Social Media & Tech ResponsibilitiesAssist with creating and capturing social media content (photos, videos, short-form content, behind-the-scenes)Help post and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)Stay up to date with current social media trends and contribute content ideasSupport marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaignsAssist with capturing patient testimonials and in-office content when appropriateUtilize or learn modern tools (AI platforms, content apps, scheduling tools) to improve efficiency and creativityQualificationsStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProfessional appearance and calm, patient-focused demeanorTech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, platforms, and tools quicklyFamiliarity with social media platforms and current trendsExperience or interest in content creation, marketing, or digital tools (AI experience is a plus)Comfortable with computers and scheduling software (ChiroTouch or healthcare EHR experience is a plus, but not required)High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processesReliable, punctual, and team-orientedPrior experience in a medical, wellness, or customer-facing role preferredCompensation & PerksStarting at $19/hour (based on experience)Complimentary chiropractic care and wellness servicesPaid training and ongoing professional developmentPaid time off and paid sick timeEmployee discounts on clinic servicesOpportunities for growth and advancement, including expanded marketing responsibilitiesSupportive, team-oriented work environmentBenefitsEmployee discountOpportunities for advancementPaid sick timePaid time offPaid trainingProfessional development assistanceReferral program
