Receptionist / Front Office Manager/Admin (Maternity Leave Coverage)- JUNE OR EARLY JULY START DATE TO COVER A MATERNITY LEAVE!


Location: Fully onsite – 5 days/week

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Start Date: Late June / Early July (overlap expected)

Duration: Minimum 3–4 months (with potential to extend)


About the Role

A global fashion/apparel company is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist / Front Office Manager to support maternity leave coverage. This individual will serve as the face of the office, ensuring a seamless and welcoming front desk experience while also providing administrative support to leadership.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front desk point of contact, greeting visitors and maintaining a professional office presence
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, manage inquiries, and handle day-to-day reception duties
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meetings, and office logistics
  • Maintain office organization including kitchen, common areas, and supplies
  • Assist with ordering meals, catering, and internal event coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and leadership team
  • Assist with travel coordination, expense reporting, and general office support
  • Help ensure smooth daily office operations and a high-quality employee and guest experience


Qualifications

  • Prior receptionist or front desk experience required
  • Highly polished, professional, and client-facing demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting executives or working in a corporate office setting
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in fashion/apparel is a plus, but not required
