As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you will ensure accurate allocation of all revenue to the appropriate departments, reconcile revenue across departments daily, and complete all required reports in a timely manner. Job duties include but are not limited to:
Conduct all audit procedures in accordance with hotel and company standards on a daily basis
Verify and confirm the status of all wake-up call requests, ensuring proper handling and follow-up
Prepare the front office for the upcoming shifts, resetting systems and operations for the day’s business
Serve as a Front Desk Host and act as a Manager on Duty during overnight hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Function as PBX operator during the audit shift, managing communication duties effectively
Participate in all front office meetings with an active and collaborative approach
Engage in all training and cross-training opportunities, continually enhancing skill sets
Proactively greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive guest experience
Other duties as assigned by Rooms leadership

This is a nonexempt (hourly) role. The budgeted rate for this role is $22.00 plus $1 overnight shift premium.This is the annual hourly rate for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individua hourly rates will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.
Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages)
Previous experience working at a hotel/resort preferred
Proficiency in OPERA system is a plus
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
