Front Desk Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Front Desk Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests; during check-in throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their stay by providing friendly, efficient check-in and check-out experiences while addressing needs with professionalism and care. You’ll also support associates by maintaining clear communication and teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations.

Pay Rate: $14/hour

Key Responsibilities 

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Ensure that all guests are checked in/out in a friendly, efficient, courteous and confidential manner based on resort standards.
• Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Kalahari Resort standards.
• Perform and complete all tasks and duties on the shift checklist in a timely and efficient manner.
• Fully comprehend and operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system, copiers, fax machines and other office equipment.

What We’re Looking For 

• College courses in hotel/motel management are helpful.
• Previous hospitality or related experience helpful.
• Computer experience required.
