Job Requirements Position OverviewAs a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, you are the face of our hotel—providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Previous Hilton experience a plus!
Work Experience Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in/out guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Deliver guest items (such as linens, toiletries, etc.) as needed
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional guest environment
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting
Night Auditor (Overnight Shift) Additional Duties:
- Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Prepare financial and operational reports
- Ensure safety and security during overnight hours
Qualifications- Hotel experience preferred (front desk, night audit, or hospitality background strongly encouraged)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to move around the property and assist guests as needed
