Position Overview

As a Front Desk Agent or Night Auditor, you are the face of our hotel—providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Previous Hilton experience a plus!

Work Experience
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Deliver guest items (such as linens, toiletries, etc.) as needed
• Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional guest environment
• Effectively multitask in a fast-paced setting

Night Auditor (Overnight Shift) Additional Duties:

• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
• Prepare financial and operational reports
• Ensure safety and security during overnight hours

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred (front desk, night audit, or hospitality background strongly encouraged)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to move around the property and assist guests as needed
