Essential Functions

•Manage and fulfill more complex requests for paperwork (Bill of Ladings, Delivery Tickets) from internal departments to meet company and process needs for our Wholesale, Retail, and Freight Only business by utilizing technology and available resources.

•Ensure drivers and 3rd party carriers are completing delivery confirmation entries into the application timely and accurately according to set departmental goals and metrics for our Wholesale, Retail, and Freight Only business.

•Help drive data entry compliance by continuously communicating to drivers and 3rd party carriers via phone, text message or email while also maintaining and exceeding weekly/monthly goals.

•Provide application support and application troubleshooting for drivers and 3rd party carriers; escalating IT issues to appropriate parties.

•Help support, provide information for, and contribute to application releases, improvements, and initiatives.

•Identify trends in entry errors and paperwork requests, provide coaching to the user on proper entry and/or paperwork guidelines, and initiate reporting and processes related to these.

•Provide reporting related to driver and 3rd party carrier performance and entry accuracy.

•Navigate available reports to help in troubleshooting issues and executing tasks.

•Review entries to ensure accuracy and completeness in processes

•Assist in ad-hoc order entry into the application and TRIPS dispatch system to complete orders; focusing on order entry accuracy.

•Participate in stretch assignments as needed.

•Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level

•Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

•Complete other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications

•High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred

•Minimum two years’ experience in customer service or logistics

Specialized Knowledge

•Advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically, Microsoft Teams and Excel.

•Aptitude for understanding systems and how they work.

•Ability to understand and execute complex problem solving in order to further business operations

•Knowledge of fuel and trucking industry and its common terminology.

•Familiarity with Bill of Ladings and standard Logistics procedures

•Knowledge and experience with Tableau preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
