This is a high-profile role responsible for Freight transactions of Reckitt.
Strong communication skills are important, as he/she will be dealing regularly with various stakeholders cross functionally.
Review, validate, and approve HUB freight invoices in ERP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
Maintain and standardize freight invoice process SOPs across all entities.
Lead monthly vendor meetings to resolve invoice discrepancies and address overdue items.
Send fortnightly pre billings for road transport HUB freight vendors.
Initiate and monitor MDGS requests for new vendor setups, master data updates, and bank changes.
Manage vendor queries related to pre billings and outstanding invoices.
Ensure freight accruals are accurate with proper assignment references.
Support the manager in reviewing and approving month end journals and close activities (month, quarter, year).
Collaborate with Shared Services to resolve outsourced freight related tasks and clear aged vendor balances.
Prepare monthly analytical reviews and MCR presentations to ensure accurate freight balances.
Drive standardization and remediation activities with markets across the Reckitt Group.
Coordinate with key stakeholders including Finance Directors, Supply, Procurement, and freight vendors.
Ensure adherence to all freight related internal controls.
Very strong organisation skills, capable of dealing with multiple stakeholders prioritising tasks.
Self-starter approach, highly self-motivated and eagerness to taking initiative and ownership.
SAP experience would be desirable.
Advanced Excel skills
B.Com/MBA/CA inter with 5+ years of experience in RTR & good understanding of PTP process.
Project management, Financial systems, Improve business processes, Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting, Stakeholder engagement and influence.
