Frame Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Frame Assembly technician to join their team. As a Frame Assembly, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Frame Assembly

Location: East Moline, IL

Pay Range: $17.50

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Assemble carts using hand and power tools to ensure precise construction.
• Install casters, compressors, foamed cabs, and other parts according to machine specifications.
• Build motor rails and bolt together cab tops and bottoms for structural integrity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support production goals.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

What's Needed?

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform standing, bending, and twisting movements.
• Comfort with long hours of repetitive work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions carefully.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
