Role: Post-Sales Solutions Architect

As a Founding Post-Sales Solutions Architect, you will own the technical success and long-term adoption of enterprise customers. This is a highly strategic, customer-facing role focused on architecture, workflows, and deep product usage rather than day-to-day support.

You’ll partner closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure customers are deployed correctly, realising value quickly, and scaling usage over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers post-sale
  • Lead architecture reviews, implementations, and technical onboarding
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior engineers, architects, and executives
  • Drive deep product adoption across teams and use cases
  • Identify expansion opportunities through usage, workflows, and new capabilities
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product and engineering insights
  • Help define and scale post-sales technical best practices as the function grows

Requirements:

  • Experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Forward-Deployed Engineer, Technical CS, or similar)
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Git
  • Comfortable with APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps tooling
  • Experience with developer platforms, API products, or AI/ML-powered workflows
  • Thrives in early-stage, fast-moving environments with limited structure
