We're hiring Founding Sales Development Representatives at Terrakotta to own our commercial lending. $80K/yr – $100K/yr.
Terrakotta is a YC-backed AI platform that helps commercial real estate professionals prospect smarter — property ownership data, tenant intelligence, and a dialer system built for high-volume outreach. We've proven the model in commercial real estate, and now we're expanding into commercial lending.
You'll be building the zero-to-one motion for a new vertical — identifying the right entry points, crafting the outreach, and shaping how we go to market. Lots of ownership and room to make your mark.
What you'll own:
→ Prospecting and outreach into commercial lending
→ Building the early playbook for how Terrakotta sells into this market
→ Cold calling, sequencing, and experimenting to find what works
→ Partnering closely with founders — your feedback shapes the direction
Who we're looking for:
→ Early in your career and hungry — you want reps, ownership, and a real shot to grow
→ Background or strong interest in commercial lending is a big plus
→ Comfortable in ambiguity and excited to build something from scratch
→ Coachable, competitive, and consistent
