ABOUT FORMHOUSE


Formhouse is a brand incubator building the next wave of celebrity and in-house consumer brands. Founded by a team with a track record across multiple unicorns in fashion, lifestyle, and AI, we design, launch, and scale brands with cultural impact at their core.


THE ROLE 


We are hiring a Head of Marketing to own the full go-to-market for our first launch, co-founded alongside an A-list celebrity co-founder who has already built a 9-figure brand. 


You will report directly to the CEO, lead junior support, and be expected to direct and own strategy and budget across organic, paid, and influencer channels.



WHAT YOU WILL OWN


  • Build and execute the full go-to-market marketing strategy across brand, social, influencer, and ecommerce, from pre-launch through launch and into scale
  • Own the marketing budget end-to-end. Allocate across channels, manage agency relationships, and make the calls on where every dollar goes
  • Build a social-first brand on Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Own the content engine end-to-end: cadence, creator seeding, UGC, community, and the always-on motion that keeps the brand in feed
  • Co-lead brand campaign and creative direction with the design team. Brief and direct photoshoots, video shoots, and seasonal campaigns that hold the brand world together
  • Ecommerce experience across site development and customer acquisition (email and SMS) to generate pre-launch demand that converts on launch day
  • Own data, analytics, and performance tracking. Define the KPIs across acquisition, conversion, and retention, report weekly, and deliver actionable insights
  • Hire and develop a junior team to support through launch and scale post-launch


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR


  • 7+ years in growth, brand, or marketing leadership at DTC apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • You have led a successful brand launch from the ground floor with proven results, ideally within apparel and consumer goods 
  • You use AI tools to work faster and have opinions about where they fit in a modern growth stack
  • Ability to operate with a founder mentality


ROLE STRUCTURE & LOGISTICS


This is a hybrid, LA-based role with an ability to commute to our West Hollywood office as needed.


COMPENSATION


$150K–$200K (Salary + Bonus) + Founding Team Equity based on experience
