About the Company



HAQ is hiring its founding Account Executive. This is the first dedicated commercial hire and reports to senior commercial leadership.



About the Role



You will own the full cycle — qualifying inbound interest, running discovery and demos, navigating multi-stakeholder clinical buying committees, and closing — for medical practices adopting HAQ's clinical intelligence platform. We have a warm pipeline and category demand. We need a builder who can convert it into a repeatable motion.



Responsibilities



  • Run the full sales cycle for HAQ's core clinical decision support platform
  • Develop and refine ICP, qualification criteria, and the sales playbook from first principles
  • Sell into clinic owners, medical directors, and operations leaders
  • Partner closely with the founding team on pricing, contracting, and pilot structuring
  • Use modern AI tooling end-to-end — research, prep, follow-up, pipeline analysis — as a core operating practice, not a side experiment


Qualifications



  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS quota-carrying experience; healthcare or wellness vertical a strong plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a high-conscientiousness, structured thinker — disciplined CRM hygiene, written communication, follow-through
  • Native fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, modern agentic workflows) — you should be using them daily already
  • Comfort owning ambiguity. This is a founding seat, not a pre-built territory.
  • Dallas-based or willing to relocate. Hybrid in-office cadence.


Pay range and compensation package



  • Base: $95,000 - $105,000
  • OTE: $160,000 – $180,000
  • Equity: 0.25%
