Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Brockton, MA, for a Forklift Supervisor. The Forklift Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including the loading, unloading, and handling of materials, as well as the coordination of arrival and departure of road trailers. The role includes supervising a team of 15-20 employees to ensure efficiency in dock receiving, sorting, packing, and material distribution, while maintaining rigorous safety and operational standards. The Forklift Supervisor will also ensure that forklift operations are conducted safely, timely, and effectively.
