The Forklift Operator safely operates industrial trucks, including sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks, to load, unload, transport, and stack goods in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment that supports data center operations. This role focuses on safe material handling, accurate inventory movement, and timely preparation of orders for shipping while following established safety and operational procedures.

Work Environment
This role is based in a 3PL warehouse environment that supports data center operations, with work centered around material handling and forklift operation. The facility operates multiple shifts to support 24/7-style coverage. Available schedules include a first shift Monday through Friday from early morning to mid-afternoon, a second shift Monday through Friday from afternoon to evening, and a third shift Monday through Friday overnight. Weekend day and night shifts are also available from Friday through Sunday on extended 12-hour schedules. The environment involves working around industrial trucks, racking, and stored materials, requiring consistent attention to safety procedures and equipment operation. Work is performed indoors within a warehouse setting, with collaborative interaction among team members across different shifts.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
