Forklift Operator

Location: Carlisle, PA to Middletown, PA

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts (hours vary by site)

Pay: $19-$21/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations across multiple locations between Carlisle and Middletown, PA. The ideal candidate will have experience operating powered industrial trucks and working in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or pallet jack depending on site)
• Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory movement and stocking within warehouse systems
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
