Job Description
This role leads and manages plumbing crews on commercial and industrial construction projects, overseeing daily field operations from layout through final inspection. You ensure all plumbing systems are installed to code, completed on schedule and within budget, and delivered with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and effective coordination with other trades.

Work Environment
Work takes place primarily on active commercial and industrial construction job sites. The role is field-based and involves overseeing and performing plumbing installations in environments that may include cast iron and mechanical systems and work around heavy equipment. You can expect a fast-paced setting with close coordination among multiple trades and contractors, adherence to safety standards, and the use of standard plumbing tools, equipment, and construction documentation such as blueprints and project plans. Hours typically follow standard construction schedules, with potential for varying start times based on project needs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
