We are currently seeking experienced Flat Rate Automotive Technicians who are looking for a productive shop, strong leadership support, and consistent earning potential. Compensation & Incentives

• $60,000 – $180,000 annually, based on flat rate performance
• Flat rate performance incentives based on production

Shop & Work Environment

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Complete quality inspections

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience required
• Ford certification preferred
• ASE certifications a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Personal tools required
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
