Ford Customization is a dedicated business unit within the Ford Customer Service Division, specializing in the development of on-trend accessories and specialty vehicles delivered through factory, mod-center, and dealership channels.
This role is responsible for directing and facilitating key management and cross-functional meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment, resolve dependencies, and drive decisive action. The Business Analyst ensures operational integrity through proactive internal control management and the standardization of critical process documentation.
What you'll do...
- Direct and facilitate key management meetings.
- Direct and facilitate key cross-functional team meetings.
- Support development and implementation of process improvements.
- Coordinate targets, controls, and metrics in all process documentation.
- Create and maintain documentation for system fixes, desk procedures, templates and processes.
- Lead and facilitate updates to the Product Development System as the department evolves.
- Ensure team accountability on key deliverable completion.
- Monitor team progress on key deliverable completion.
- Lead and support internal control directives and required record retention completion of annual adherence to the Annual File Review, Modular Control Review Program, Business Continuity Plan, Basic Control File and Departmental Records Inventory Matrix.
- Support audit reviews, conduct gap analysis and issue resolution.
- Design and maintain organizational governance framework, including charter and operational policies.
