Are you a hands-on Food Safety Specialist, looking to play a key role at a stable business, offering specialist training and the opportunity to gain additional certifications?

In this hands-on, floor-based role, you will validate sanitation and food safety practices, conduct Gemba walks, and support onboarding and EHS training across a 24/7 facility. You will work closely with production, sanitation, and maintenance teams to reinforce safe, food-compliant operating standards throughout the plant.

This role would suit a Food Safety Specialist looking to be the go-to quality and sanitation presence at a modern facility, whilst receiving specialist training and gaining additional certifications.

The Role:

• Validate equipment sanitation processes, monitor GMP and food-safety compliance, review daily quality checks, and support onboarding activities
• Serve as the site’s hands-on safety presence on the production floor, focused on sanitation effectiveness and process compliance
• Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm, with some shift flexibility required

The Person:

• Food Safety Specialist
• Hands-on experience in regulated environments e.g., GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, or ISO 22000
