Food Safety QA Technician

We are looking for a QA Technician for a food manufacturing company based in El Segundo, CA.

This role will oversee food safety, quality compliance, and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role encompasses process surveillance, inspections, audits, documentation accuracy, and adherence to GMP, food safety, and customer standards.

This is a contract position and fully onsite - must be local.

Required skills

• Prior Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain accurate records
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills
• 2–3+ years of experience within food and/or beverage manufacturing
• Experience working with GMPs, food safety programs, and production quality systems
