Food Prep/Dishwasher - Antlers

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team at Antlers Restaurant in a key position. Duties include:

• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans.
• Keep work areas neat and clean.
• Return all clean dishes to storage areas.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Support the kitchen staff in maintaining clean and safe work environment.
• Unload dishes and utensils from machines and organize them properly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand continuously throughout the shift
• Working knowledge of sanitation procedures.
• 16 and 17 years and older encouraged to apply.
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible schedules available.
• If over 18 must agree to a background screening.
• Experience with prep cooking encouraged to apply.
