Food & Beverage Manager - Pool, Beach & A-Z Club

Andaz Miami Beach is seeking an energetic, service‑driven F&B Manager for Pool, Beach & A‑Z Club. This leader will oversee all food and beverage operations across our pool and beach areas as well as our exclusive A‑Z membership club. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the daily operations of the pool, beach, and A‑Z Club F&B operation, ensuring seamless service and a vibrant guest atmosphere.
• Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team to uphold Andaz service standards.
• Partner with culinary, bar, and resort leadership to execute high‑quality service and seasonal programming.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement improvements that elevate the overall experience.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost controls to achieve financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Drive revenue through upselling, creative activations, and exceptional service delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of F&B management experience required, luxury, lifestyle, resort, or high‑volume outdoor dining environment preferred.
• Strong communication and team‑building skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Physically agile, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time in an outdoor, fast‑paced environment.
• Full scheduling flexibility, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and a varied schedule based on business needs.
